With the rapid development of economic globalization and the gradual deepening of the international market, information technology and communication technology has been rapid development, more and more enterprises have entered the international market and participated in global competition. Time and response speed have replaced cost and quality as the first competitive factors. In such a competitive environment, enterprises gradually realize that they must focus on core business using their core competitiveness and their own resources. At the same time, they must form a dynamic alliance, complementary resources from partner companies, in order to obtain competitive advantage. Because the dynamic alliance emphasizes the cooperative alliance enterprises ask, the selection of agile and competitive partners is one of the important problems of dynamic alliance formation and management. Selecting business partners is an important part of the many decisions. How to select the appropriate partners and how to comprehensive evaluation of the enterprises’partnership are becoming practical problems facing many businesses. Therefore, putting forward the index system of enterprise partners and making effective evaluation to the partnership enterprise become the most important premise of correct decision-making for enterprises’survival and development. Then the question has important practical value.This paper firstly studied the corporate partner research important literatures. These literatures are classified according to the research Angle of view, and based on the management theory, core competence theory discusses the theoretical basis and significance of the partner selection, and suitable for partner evaluation AHP method is introduced in detail. Secondly, according to the business enterprise by the classification, divided into three types of business research and development, manufacturing, marketing, and establishes an index system of the respective partners respectively, and the collaborative design ability and financial indicators as important evaluation indexes. Then setting up the following partner selected model:First, using qualitative methods to collect data and information partners and building information files. Secondly, to analyze and compare the information files, narrowing the scope of partner selection. Thirdly, according to specific targets R&D, manufacturing, marketing of three different types of business partners, use of AHP to partners for accurate quantitative assessment. Fourth, the results sorted for the enterprise elect excellent partner. Finally, this article through the case enterprise partner selection model of concrete application is introduced. The feasibility of the model is validated.All in all, based on the core competence and supply chain theory, the paper discusses the theoretical basis and significance of the enterprise partner selection from three types of business research and development, manufacturing, marketing to establish index system of the respective partners, to build a complete model of partner selection and a precise quantitative evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to partner, according to the sorting result choose excellent partners, for enterprises to select partners formed a dynamic alliance, to form their own powerful core competence, to provide the references and the suggestions.
