Study On Strategic Partner Selection Based On Supply Chain Risk Management

Now, supply chain management as a systematization, integration, agile and modernization enterprise management mode in the domestic and foreign, has made considerable headway. But along with some great negative events happened one after another, supply chain has suffered some impacts and drawn industrial circles and academic exchange attentions to supply chain risk. The competition between single enterprises in future, has gradually become the competition between the supply chains. The profit of the enterprise is not only decided by its performance, but also is decided by its coordination with other enterprises. Therefore, the "win-win" relations should be established between them.This paper mainly studies strategic partner selection in the aspect of supply chain risk management. Firstly, theories about supply chain risk management and supply chain collaboration are elaborated, which lays the theoretical foundation of partner selection in the following sections. Second, in the dual link "supplier-core enterprise", by identification, analysis of supply chain risk before selecting strategic partner, and evaluation of supply chain risk in selecting strategic partner, representative index for comprehensively evaluating the anti-risky ability of the strategic suppliers is selected. And evaluation index system for selection is established, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation unified AHP. Third, current situation of company H and condition of partners are analyzed in detail, and how to select strategic partner is explained. By collection of data, using evaluation index system of this paper, the best supplier is selected. Finally, construction of risk elusion system is discussed, and corresponding elusion measures are brought forward, which provide risk decision reference for strategic partner of enterprise.
