Research On R&d Risk Identification And Risk Control Of Equipment Manufacturing Company On Process Node

The development of the manufacturing industry of which the new technology and research andinnovation of the new products is a guarantee of the national strength plays a key and supportive roleduring the process of National economic evolution. However, accompanied by the low efficiencyresulted from the risk control, the manufacturing enterprise suffers a lot loss. So, a complete set ofidentification and control of the high-end equipment become a must of the Strength ascension of thestate basic industry and technology.This paper lies on the R&D process of the EHV&UHV in the high-end manufacturing industry;firstly figure out the process node points of the management system and studying the possibility ofdealing with the R&D risk from the inner side of the process. Secondly, on the basis of R&D processnode and node performance, adopting the risk matrix and analytic hierarchy process system torealizing the identification of the risk details. Finally, it should construct the risk-control managementsystem to achieve an effective result.This paper changed the traditional view about risk research and realized the final goal thattransferring the risk management to the specific risk node and factors. Thus, the risk-controlmanagement lies on the specific posts and executive levels and satisfy the requirement of enterpriseprocess management.
