Research On Profit Distribution Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Under Open Innovation Model

Reasonable distribution of interests is the key to maintaining the stable operation of the industrial technology innovation alliance and achieving the expected goals of the alliance.As a new source of competitive advantage,open innovation has an important influence on the distribution of alliance interests and gradually becomes the core driving force of the development of the alliance.In order to deepen the reform of the science and technology system,accelerate the implementation of the national innovation policy,and establish a market-oriented national innovation system,in recent years,the government has accelerated the construction of industrial technology innovation alliances by promoting the integration of industry,academia and research.The industrial technology innovation alliance can solve the problems of low industrial concentration and insufficient supply of key technologies in China,and is an important breakthrough for China's science and technology system innovation.Since the establishment of China's first industrial technology innovation alliance in 2007,there are both successful models and failure cases.Some scholars have investigated the operation of more than 600 alliances in China,pointing out that the failure rate of China's industrial technology innovation alliance is above 50%.There are many factors that lead to the failure of the alliance.One of the important factors is the evaluation of the contribution of the alliance and the rationality of the distribution of benefits.The fairness and rationality of the distribution of benefits directly affect the operational effect of the incentive mechanism of the alliance.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a fair and reasonable interest distribution plan to maintain the stability of the alliance and the enthusiasm of the alliance membersOn the basis of considering the influence of contribution on the distribution of alliance interests,this paper introduces two influencing factors of knowledge absorption ability and knowledge spillover effect under open innovation mode,and improves the knowledge gap of Keniers through absorption capacity index(ACI).The hive model measures these two factors separately,thus constructing the innovation capability benefit distribution model of AHP-GEM-SHAPLEY value method.A new strategy for the distribution of alliance benefits under the open innovation model is proposed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the benefit distribution strategy are verified by empirical analysis.Then,through the orthogonal projection method,the benefit distribution scheme based on different influencing factors is integrated,and the comprehensive benefit distribution scheme of the industrial technology innovation alliance under the open innovation model is obtained.Finally,through empirical research,the feasibility of the comprehensive benefit distribution scheme is verified and the policy implications of the implementation of the open innovation alliance are proposed.
