The Research On Influence Factors Of Credit Availability About County SMEs And Farmers

County economy is the fo undation o f the entire national economy.Develop ingcounty economy and building a new socia list co untrys ide can alleviate the economiccontradictions. In the process of development of county economy, we shouldstrengthen financ ial s upport for the county’s economy. but the constraints of existingcounty financ ia l system and other factors make county financ ia l deve lopment lagbehind.SMEs and farmers can not get forma l loans easily.Therefore, the research aboutfactors influenc ing the availability of credit of SMEs and farmers is becomingincreasingly necessary.At first,the artic le summarizes the previo us research results and analyse thefactors affecting SMEs and farmers to get credit.After a comprehens ive exposition ofthe theory, the article gets sample of SMEs and farmers and uses SPSS software foranalys is. Emp irica l model ana lys is showed that: educ ation, annual househo ld incomefor farmers affected the availability of credit remarkably,while the relationshipbetween banks and SMEs, capita l, the bus iness owner’s personal ability affected theavailability of credit s ignificantly. Fina lly, the artic le makes suggestions to improvethe county SMEs and farmers’s credit availability, including playing the role ofgovernment in rural finance, building multi-leve l rural financ ial s ystem, regulating thefina ncia l system for SMEs, encouraging sma ll and medium banks to strengthe n therelations hip with SMEs and so on, in order to improve the county’s fina ncia lenvironment for SMEs and farmers and promote the country’s economic develop ment.
