Research On Credit Support And Risk Management Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Under The New Normal Of Economy

The city commercial bank is an important participant in the financial market of our country,witnessing and sharing the feast of the national economic development since the reform and opening-up in our country.With the development of the domestic economy entering new normal,more and more problems are exposed that the scale is small,products are single,management is weak and risk management is weak.For city commercial bank whose credit business accouting for 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises,more than 90% of the operating income comes from interest income.They will face a great test on the work of credit business of the small and medium-sized enterprises.The risk management level of the credit business is the foundation of survival and development of the city commercial bank represented by the Z bank in future.This paper aims to introduce the concept of credit risk management and analyse the current situation of credit risk management at home and abroad to study the credit risk management of Z bank.And also it analyses the development stragegy of credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in the post few years and the present situation of current developent,also the problems that the existing management system in risk management is rigid,the content of the credit risk management is more than the essence.This paper also has put forwad its own view and inprovement method on the credit risk management of Z bank.Only by unswervingly developing SME loan business,making full use of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,block chain and so on to optimize the existing risk management measures,enhancing risk awareness and strengthening the ability of risk prevention and control,can Z Bank win a place in the future under the new normal state of the economy.
