The Research Into The Influence Of Service Industry Cluster On New Type Urbanization

Since reform and opening up, the process of our country’s urbanization speed upsignificantly.In order to make the process of our country’s urbanization healthy andsteady,the party and the government proposed the develop-ideas of new typeurbanization:keep “people” as the core, pay more attention to improve the quality ofurbanization.The productive service as an important part of modern service,which isvery professional and knowledge-intensive, plays an important role to promote urbaneconomic development and optimize the industrial structure,which help to enhancethe level of urbanization.In this background,this paper aims to analyze the cluster ofproducer services and the new type urbanization at the same time,to explore theinfluence of the cluster of producer services on the new type urbanization.At first,this paper combed the domestic and foreign relevant theories of producerservices, industrial cluster and urbanization:clear the connotation and classification ofproducer services,expound the theory of industrial cluster and domestic&foreignlatest research review, introduces the western traditional theory of urbanization andnew urbanization theory with distinct Chinese characteristics.Then,this paperintroduces the current situation of the productive service cluster in ourcountry,summarizes the achievements and the exposed problems in the process ofthe new type urbanization in our country.On the basis of theoretical analysis and the research of present situation,from thedirect effects and indirect effects,this paper inducted and summarized how the clusterof producer services affect the the new type urbanization. Then this paper selecteddata from2003to2011,to keep286local citys as samples,measured producer servicescluster level and new urbanization level of each city,using exploratory spatialeconometric methods to study the effect of producer services cluster on new typeurbanization.The results showed that they had significant space correlation:Highvalue of producer services cluster is also a high value accumulation of the new typeurbanization level.Further, using the empirical analysis of spatial error model andspatial lag model, the paper proved the producer services cluster had a significantpositive influence to the new type urbanization.Industrial cluster degree and theforeign investment can also promote the new type urbanization level, but the level ofeconomic development and government investment may bring negative effects of the new type urbanization.According to the empirical results, this paper argues that raising the level ofproducer services cluster and promoting producer services reasonable layout, makingthe development of producer services and new type of urbanization unified,will helpto advance the new type urbanization progress and promote the level of China’s newtype urbanization,reach the goal of the collaborative development of industrial cluster,urban construction and economic growth.
