Research On The Collaborative Cluster Of Producer Services And Manufacturing In Western China

With the development of China's western development strategy,the manufacturing and producer services in the western china have developed greatly.However,in the process of development,the western china is also facing unprecedented pressure.on the one hand,western china need to undertake the eastern transfer of manufacturing industry,to set up all kinds of manufacturing industry agglomeration area to quickly driving the development of the economy,on the other hand,needs to promote the development of producer services agglomeration is becoming more and more strong.But economic conditions and restrictions on urban space make it difficult to ensure that they go hand in hand.The coordination of producer services and manufacturing space agglomeration has become an important issue in the development of western china and cities.In formulating the industry development planning of cities and regions,relevant departments are often confused,how to build a reasonable order of industrial development,is inclined to priority to the development of producer services agglomeration or manufacturing agglomeration and upgrade? How to achieve the coordinated development of the secondary and tertiary industry in a limited space? In order to answer these questions,it is crucial to grasp the synergetic relationship between producer services and manufacturing.Therefore,this study for western china city industry based on the basic conditions and the location factor endowment,to differentiate the reasonable arrangement of the industrial development policy priorities,strengthen the coordination of producer services and manufacturing benefit,to optimize regional industry layout,has strong practical significance.In this article research the producer services and manufacturing industry of western china in collaborative agglomeration situation.First of all,through the location quotient index and industrial collaborative cluster index to describe the western china of producer services and manufacturing agglomeration characteristics;Secondly,according to the classical industrial vertical relevance theory model,the cost correlation and demand correlation effect between producer services and manufacturing are explained.Finally,based on the western china from 2003 to 2014 panel data of urban manufacturing and producer services,by establishing a simultaneous equation model,the coordination of producer services and manufacturing in west china,the empirical analysis,to explore how to promote the western china the development of producer services and manufacturing,and reasonable and effective countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the main research conclusions are: first,based on the characteristics of the synergy of producer services and manufacturing in western china of description,found on the location in the western china manufacturing enterprise agglomeration and producer services enterprises agglomeration coordinated ability is not strong.Cost of the second is,draw lessons from industrial vertical correlation model of demand and building a simultaneous equations model,showed that producer services and manufacturing by demand related and cost related on the space form gather together.Based on the analysis of the simultaneous equations of the western cities,The synergetic effect of producer services and manufacturing in western china is not complete,which show that its producer service agglomeration still has insufficient pulling effect on manufacturing agglomeration.At the same time,the production service agglomeration of large cities has a higher driving effect on manufacturing agglomeration.The external environment,such as education,communication transmission,urban scale and wage level,has an important impact on the co-agglomeration of producer services and the manufacturing.In this paper,the author puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the co-agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing in the western china.
