Currently,the rural economic growth is weak and there are few quantitative researches on the synergic relationship between rural transport infrastructure and economy.At this crucial time of transformation and upgrading of our national economic structure and construction of new-type urbanization,it is quite necessary to have an in-depth discussion on the relationship between new-type urbanization and integrated transport infrastructure.China is a large country with a variety of developing conditions,so it's quite urgent to solve the problem of how to make a clustering analysis on the areas with same attributes in order to choose a targeted mode of new-type urbanization and integrated transport development.This study makes an analysis and discussion on integrated transport services under the background of new-type urbanization with the study method of Entropy weight model,econometric model,factor analysis,cluster analysis and optimization method.First,illustrating the connotation of integrated transport service system based on the relative theory of transport and social economy.Second,constructing quantitative measure index system of new-type urbanization and integrated transport service,studying their dynamic evolution relationship and proposing a concept of coordination index to describe the quantitative and adaptive relationship between integrated transport service and new-type urbanization.Third,from the perspective of joint-development of integrated transport and new-type urbanization,dividing Fujian into dominant development zone,characteristic development zone,potential development zone.Last,with the thought of transport network optimization,analyzing the optimal index for the co-regional transport network development,and choosing the coordinating development mode for diversified integrated transport and new-type urbanization of different zones.The main research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,integrated transport service includes mode of transport,facility layout,network structure and software&hardware of system and mechanism.The system fitness of integrated transport and new-type urbanization of Fujian Province was negative from 2009 to 2014,among which there was a small fluctuation in coordination degree between 2009 and 2012,and the year of 2013 had the highest harmony degree in these six years.The RHD from 2009 to 2012 was maladjusted with a low harmony degree,while in 2013 and 2014,the harmony degree had a little rise,and the RHD was nearly maladjusted.Overall,the harmony degree in 2013 and 2014 had one degree higher than the previous 4 years and the development level of integrated transport and new-type urbanization of Fujian Province have been improved.However,the fitness of these two systems still needs improving.Secondly,the collaborative partition evaluation system has been established in accordance with such dimensions as regional economy,new-type urbanization and integrated transport services.Nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian have been divided into three classification zones by clustering samples via K-means,namely,dominant development zone(Xiamen),potential development zone(Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Longyan)and characteristic development zone(Putian,Zhangzhou,Sanming,Nanping and Ningde).Thirdly,against a background of new-type urbanization,forecast model of improved partition integrated transport service demand has been studied on the basis of four-stage method of transport demand forecast.The predicated statistics of passenger capacity and freight volume in future's Fujian have been given in this thesis,that is,there would be a passenger capacity of 1,188,222,000 person-time and a freight volume of 1,377,718,000 tons in 2020,1,395,032,000 person-time and 1,714,433,000 tons in 2025 and 1,601,842,000 person-time and 2,051,148,000 tons in 2030.The space distribution relation has also been predicted in this thesis of the total passenger capacity and freight volume.Fourthly,the comparison of characteristic indexes and the case analysis in each zone shows that:the transport network in dominant development zone has been formed and there has been a steady development in such fields as highways,railways,waterways and aviation;the transport network in potential development zone has been just formed and there has been an uneven development in distribution of passenger capacity and freight volume in various modes of transport as well as various road construction;the transport network in characteristic development zone has been in a backward state,there has been an obvious shortcoming in aviation and a relatively undeveloped condition in infrastructure projects of various road construction.Fifthly,the matching index system of the collaborative development mode of integrated transport services and new-type urbanization has been established via the comparison and analysis of each development mode and a quantitative study has been conducted concerning the development modes of each zone in Fujian.The final matching result has been obtained via the integrative computation of correlation between each zone and each development mode as follows:the balanced development mode would be fit for the dominant development zone,the guided development mode would be fit for the potential development zone and the underdevelopment mode for the characteristic development zone.In the end,there have been some development advices for each development zone.Taking the collaborative development of new-type urbanization and integrated transport services as research object and in the light of partition theory in urban planning,this study has put forward the development idea of collaborative partition with an original research perspective.Based on the statistics and case analysis,a new point of view has been formed with respect to three basic collaborative partition and corresponding development modes in Fujian.The corresponding policy proposals and integrated countermeasures would be of a certain novelty value and feasibility as for improving the integrated transport service and promoting the development of new-type urbanization.
