The Research On Working Capital Management Improvement Of Hailida Corporation Based On Supply Chain

Working capital likes the blood of enterprises and it is the basic element to keepbusiness. The cases of capital chain fracture or bankruptcy which are caused byinefficiency turnover of working capital are not rare. During the financial crisis, toimprove the efficiency of working capital under fierce market compe tition andtight-money policy has become an important problem for SMEs to resolve. This thesismakes a research on working capital management theory and method of SMEs fromsupply chain perspective, to reduce financial risk for liquidity shortage throughbuilding the strategic alliance. It has theoretical and practical significance to break thelimits of traditional working capital management and find the low-risk solution forSMEs.Based on theoretical analysis and case study, this thesis makes a comprehen siveand systematic research on the improvement of H corporation working capitalmanagement. On the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad, firstly, webring up the theory of working capital management as the foundation of workingcapital management based on supply chain strategic alliance. Then, we analyze theworking capital management status of H corporation and point out the necessity toimprove working capital management. Lastly, we integrate supply chain managementinto working capital management practices and build a new mode on working capitalmanagement which is based on supply chain strategic alliance. We design a blueprinton working capital management improvement from how to build the strategic allianceand the innovation of working capital management mode for H corporation. Thesupporting measures, such as information sharing mechanism and resource sharingsystem, are also included.The main innovation of this thesis is to start from supply chain strategic allianceand design a new mode of working capital management for H corporation. Adjustingthe single management by H corporation to co-management by overall strategicalliance on working capital management. The achievement also provides reference onimprovement of working capital management to similar SMEs.
