Research On The Management Of Working Capital Based On Supply Chain Collaboration Of BN Company

In recent years,the phenomenon of small and medium-sized enterprises collapsing of the break of the capital.chain are emerging in an endless stream,The low operating efficiency of working capital has become the main cause of the survival crisis of small and medium enterprises,how to improve the efficiency of working capital management of small and medium-sized enterprises has become a serious problem.But,Traditional working capital management,which focused on structural optimization and amount holding,is challenged by that it can hardly guide small and medium-sized enterprises to make decisions effectively in the complicated and volatile economic environment.This paper studies the theory and method of working capital management based on supply chain collaboration,and plan and control working capital in general through coordinating the interests of the stakeholders,to seek a low risk management method of working capital,which has theoretical and practical significance.Based on theoretical analysis and case study,this thesis makes a comprehensive and systematic research on the improvement of BN company working capital management.After combing the literature at home and abroad,this paper constructs a working capital management model based on supply chain collaboration under the guidance of the theory of enterprise value maximization,stakeholder theory,communication theory and strategic management theory.Based on this,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the working capital management method of BN company from strategic levels to tactical and operational levels,and combines with performance evaluation method of working capital management from two perspectives of channels and elements to evaluate its working capital management.The study found:at strategic levels,the strategy of working capital management is not consistent with the overall strategy of the enterprise;at tactical levels,the company ignores external r-elations,and the business activities of various departments are not coordinated;at operational levels,the company lacks of efficient information system.For this reason,this paper has proposed some following suggestions:Introducing the idea of supply chain collaboration into the working capital management practice of the company.At strategic levels,set up a strategic alliance and clear the ideas of working capital management of multi subject participation.At tactical levels,use information sharing mechanism to optimize the procurement,production,and sales business of BN company-to Speed up the turnover of working capital and reduce the amount of working capital.At operational levels,use the design of information sharing platform to support the operation of working capital management based on supply chain collaboration.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures to realize this model.This paper starts from the perspective of supply chain coordination to explore the working capital management method of small and medium sized enterprises,which breaks the traditional view of working capital management and provides reference for other enterprises to solve the problem of working capital management.
