Political risk is one of the main risk energy enterprises in China international business, and the risk is also very important. But, in fact, in the face of political risk on the energy enterprises in China, our country is the lack of system, mature, scientific guidance, so we can’t make the enterprise effectively deal with the political risk. The purpose of this article is to clarify the definition of political risk, evaluation model on the basis of a new suitable for energy companies new methods of political risk assessment, and make achieve political risk prevention with the empirical supplement.Based on the definition, the international energy enterprise management theory and the theory of political risk, through the analysis about the present situation of international energy company, putting forward to make bedding for the following political risk model, the paper studies the model and method, the traditional political risk fuzzy evaluation method is introduced into the model of creativity, combined with the Delphi method to build the product of political sensitivity, the local degree of enterprise management, the enterprise risk early warning mechanism, the foreign exchange management system, the host country political stability, the differences between the countries and culture system, government intervention and official corruption, environmental and energy security, China threat theory, the global financial crisis10factors of new political risk assessment methods. Combined with the traditional energy and new energy case analysis, the political risk prevention countermeasures are put forward from the enterprise and government.
