Ecological agriculture is considered as the indispensable way to achieve a low-carbon agricultural economy. Development of sustainable low-carbon ecological agriculture is not only the inevitable option to achieve sustainable agricultural development and agricultural modernization, but also the general direction the agricultural development today. As the core of the construction of ecological agriculture, to optimize an appropriate development model is quite significant.This paper analyzed the socio-economic status of natural resources, the development of ecological agriculture strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and the establishment of ecological agriculture in Longyan City, Fujian Province, meanwhile comprehended benefit evaluation index system and evaluation model of ecological agriculture and indicated factors in Longyan City affecting the construction process. By drawing on existing successful experience in agriculture abroad ecological model of ecological agriculture model to conduct optimisms in Longyan, have tendered ways to implement appropriate countermeasures and suggestions for places to furnish a reference for the construction of eco-agriculture demonstration zones of Longyan City, and nonetheless the promotion of ecological agriculture.The development research of thesis provides a theoretical basis for the agriculture in Longyan’s ecological model, being supportive by providing a new manner for the development of ecological agriculture, ecological unity, and the two form a virtuous circle of economic, economic, ecological and social advantages, a further principle theoretical and practical significance.
