| Since reform and open-up, rural areas in China has adopted the policy of two-tier managementsystem that integrates unified management with separate management based on family contract. Servingas one of the basic economic systems from then on, it has unified the farmers’ interest and product oflabor, increased their returns effectively, and promoted agriculture and rural development. However,with the agricultural product market turning from seller to buyer, the system gradually exhibits itsdrawbacks such as ineffective connection of small-scale farmers with a broad market, behindhandsupply-demand information of market, low added value and produce quality. Therefore, farmerspecialized cooperative, which becomes a general direction of Chinese agriculture reform in new times,highlight the advantages by its high degree of organization and wide information and sale channel.This paper,based on the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in Yongqing county andwith the combination of domestic and international situation of them, studies the development level andexisting practical problems of grass-roots cooperatives from multiple aspects by issuing questionnaireand admixture of normative analysis and empirical analysis. Whereafter, corresponding improvementmeasures are put forward to make contributions to further theoretical study of farmer specializedcooperatives. At the same time, the theories are put into practice by planning the future development offarmer specialized cooperatives. This paper introduces the purpose, significance, thinking and structureof this research and mainly summarizes outputs of cooperative economy at home and abroad. Throughthe study on the development situation of agricultural cooperatives in Yongqing county, including itsdevelopment process, development condition and actual effect, this paper finds out those existingproblems and puts forward some coping tactics which can be understood, accepted and participated inby most farmers in order to boom farmer specialized cooperatives, promote the efficiency of agricultureand to increase farmers’incomes. |
