Thoughout the human’s economic history, it has become a significant force to improve the development of economic with the constantly adjustment, upgrading and transformation of industrial structure. Contemporarily, with the increasingly detailed social division of labor of economic system, that the globle economy transforms to "sevice-oriented "from "industry-oriented" has been a general trend. The significant contribution that service industry made for the whole national economy could not be ignored. The rapid growth of each service sectors have vast importance in stimulating the total amount of the national economy, solving the employment problem, improving the benefits of economy, society and environment as well as meeting the people’s lives.Beijing, as our capital, is a typical "service-oriented"city with a huge hike in sevice industry. Meanwhile, there are also several short-boards such as low concentration in some competitive sectors and slowly development of some export-oriented industries. Therefore, it is an important research issue of Beijing’s economy for structure measuring and superior evaluation.This paper carried out study in two levels:compared Beijing with the whole country and compared its each districts with the whole city. Based on shift-share method, the increments of service industry were decomposed into three effects:the national growth effect, the industrial mix effect and the shift share effect, in order to explore the real cause of growth and its spatial layout in every district. And some feasible references and proposals could be taken out for adjusting and upgrading industrial structure. Simultaneously, in the district level, the space distribution of each superior sectors of service industry of beijing could also be drawn as an important conclusion in order to optimize its space distribution.
