Competitiveness Evaluation Of Wealth Management Center In Qingdao

In2013, Municipal Financial Work Conference in Qingdao stressed the need ofhighlight the characteristics of the development of Qingdao, follow the developmenttrend of modern finance,proposed to build a regional financial center featured inwealth management. As a coastal open city, plans to separate the city, has a goodfoundation of economic and social development, industrial undertakings strong,pleasant environment, traffic development, constantly optimize the developmentenvironment of the financial sector, with the construction of the basic conditions forbuilding the wealth management centers and comparative advantage. Qingdao City istrying to build wealth management featuring regional financial center, in the process,evaluated of wealth management center competitiveness in Qingdao and comparedwith a typical regional wealth management center, to enhance competitiveness,provide the basis for further improvement.This paper introduces a competitive evaluation index system to adapt by buildingwealth management center in Qingdao City competitiveness, use the method of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, evaluated competitiveness of the wealth managementcenter in Qingdao.First,this article introduce the concept of competitiveness,so we have a clearunderstanding of the competitiveness of different subjects; simultaneously clarify theprinciples and methods of evaluation, then,we can choose the indicators of wealthmanagement easily. Secondly,we elaborate the development environment of theQingdao Municipal Construction wealth management center of SWOT analysis,targeted to complete the indicators design. Third, design the corresponding indexsystem, and interpret the selected indicators. Fourth, use the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate the wealth management center include Beijing,Shanghai, Xiamen and Hangzhou and Qingdao, and finally make a comparativeanalysis. The evaluation results show that Qingdao and Xiamen and Hangzhou have similar levels of development and evaluation of results, and can learn from Beijingand Shanghai prominent feature in the wealth management center construction,combined with Qingdao local conditions to be improved.Papers on the following aspects of the innovation to explore:Build the competitiveness evaluation of index system of Wealth ManagementCenter in Qingdao, designed the indicators from three aspects: the main competitivewealth management, wealth management and wealth management objects competitiveexternal environment, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combinedwith the corresponding evaluation indexes given. Meanwhile evaluated Beijing,Shanghai, Xiamen and Hangzhou competitiveness, comparing the results of theevaluation of Qingdao, we can give the useful improvements in the developmentprocess to enhance the competitiveness.
