With the continuous improvement of the level of economic informationization and knowledge,China has already entered the era of service economy development.It is an indisputable fact that the rapid growth of service industry in various countries has taken place globally.The development mode of China's service economy also shows the trend of transformation and upgrading to enterprise services.As a typical knowledge-intensive service industry,the development of management consulting industry is accelerating.Various types of domestic management consulting enterprises emerge in an endless stream,and some large and medium-sized foreign management consulting enterprises also flock.Although the demand for management consulting is increasing rapidly in all kinds of enterprises in our country,consulting service industry is still a new industry in our country.It has not yet established a more mature operation mechanism of the industry.At the same time,the homogenization competition of the products in the management consulting service industry is becoming increasingly fierce.If enterprises want to survive and grow,they must rely on cultivating,upgrading and maintaining their competitiveness.For Zhongzhi Human Resource Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhongzhi Consulting Management Company),How to identify and build the competitiveness of enterprises,strengthen internal management,optimize the allocation of company resources,adjust the direction of market development and company development strategy,meet customer needs,and achieve rapid development is of great practical significance.Based on this,on the basis of straightening out the research status of competitiveness at home and abroad,the related theories and concepts of competitiveness,this study systematically elaborates the specific problems,the industry environment and the composition of the company value chain of Zhongzhi Company,and constructs the evaluation model of the company competitiveness through the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),finds out the main factors affecting the company competitiveness,and calculates the weights of factors,and then come to the conclusion that the level of competitiveness of Zhongzhi Company is general.Finally,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the company,find out the advantages and opportunities of the company in the process of development,deal with the weaknesses and threats in the process of challenges,and formulate the development strategy of Zhongzhi Company.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's competitiveness promotion strategy,formulat corresponding safeguard measures.It plays a theoretical and empirical significance in guiding practice.
