With the development of Chinese auto industry and the maturity of auto market,the sales model of auto4S shop rapidly develops and becomes popular. Auto4S shopis a new model of car sales introduced in the last century from abroad, and itsemergence and positive effectiveness boom auto market greatly. Since2002, autosales of China’s auto market began to blowout. All the famous car manufacturersaround the world entered the Chinese auto market in order to seize the market share,and a large number of auto4S shops were built. The auto market competitionbecomes intense. Any competitive advantages are only temporary and relative in arapidly changing market environment. Every day a new invention of the autoappeared, every day new models listed, and every day many birth of a newcompetitive strategy appeared. In such a competitive market, car seller must examinethe environment changes constantly, change conventional thinking to meet thechallenge, enhance their competitive advantage, especially marketing capabilities.Planning their own future with a new perspective and a new way of thinking to fiercemarket competition effectively avoid risks, and to occupy a place.In this paper, taking DF Auto4S Shop In City A for example, on the basis oflearning theories of services marketing and related marketing, we study the marketingstatus, the macroeconomic environment, and industry environment of DF Auto4SShop In City A and use SWOT analysis, we find a few urgent problems facing the4S shop of DF Auto4S Shop In City A. We use advanced7Ps service marketingtheory to summarize and propose some strategies to improve the marketing of DFAuto4S Shop in City A, and we also put some specific safeguards on DF Auto4SShop in City A.The purpose of this paper is to study on service marketing strategies of DF Auto4S Shop In City A, and to find its problem. We also proposed some targetedmarketing strategy services to solve the problem so that we could Gain an advantage in the fierce competition in the market, enhancing corporate profits and achievinglong-term development of enterprises at last.
