With the construction of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone as anational strategy,and the arrangements to make Qingdao into Blue Economy leadercity, Qingdao seafood intensive processing enterprises have gained new opportunitiesof development, but it’s also facing new challenges of competition. As amicro-intensive seafood processing enterprise, YQT Seafood Professional Companyneeds to take advantage of the opportunities and meet the challenges. At present,under the pressure s of fierce external competitive and shortage of internaldevelopment, YQT Seafood Company starts to enhance its market competitivenessfrom the perspective of supply chain management, and it’s also committed to build thesupply chain management model to adapt to their own development. Thus, it’s helpfulto totally solve or partly solve the supply chain management issues.YQT Seafood Professional Company’s professional supply chain managementmodel constructs based on the foundation of supply chain management status, issuesand roots analysis. It has also introduced a hybrid push-pull supply chain management;moreover, with the guidance of coordination theory, the concept of agile ideas andinformation sharing philosophy, the company has proposed three levels ofprofessional seafood supply chain management structure, i.e. make the supply chainmanagement objectives as the operation guide, make the Supply chain managementobject for bearing body, and make the push and pull hybrid supply chain management,the diversity of demand management, manufacturing management, agentsmanagement, customer service management, and information sharing management sixspecific parts as the support frame. Thus, YQT Seafood Professional Company canmaintain a sustainable competitive advantage and achieve full chain of profitmaximization. The following content analyses the supply chain management model’ssix specific parts, its role, key management direction, etc.1) Make the supply chain management objectives as operational guidance.Building a new supply chain management model helps YQT Seafood Professional Company fostering a sustainable competitive advantage,“to meet the different needsof the market and react quickly and accurately”.
