Nowadays,the market competition in the world is no longer the competition between enterprises,but the competition between an enterprise's supply chain and its competitors' supply chain.As one of the important links in the supply chain,procurement management is directly related to the overall performance of the supply chain.Based on the research on procurement management in the supply chain management environment at home and abroad,this paper starts from the analysis of the current situation of W company's seafood import procurement management,and puts forward corresponding measures and strategies on how W company can improve the key procurement management.W company's business development mainly relies on the source of goods procurement,the company's products focus on overseas procurement of seafood,in terms of W company development,procurement is a key source link,the development of business and promote relies on the procurement of supply market,effective purchasing goods or services,has a great influence to the enterprise's competitive advantage.Seafood industry in recent years has been concerned by many investors,as procurement as a strategic element of most enterprise core competition,in order to achieve cost savings,a stable supply of goods and the risk management,most companies tend to concentrated control their spending,as W company of traditional trade way,more should stand in the perspective of new era and new management style,thinking about how to improve the purchasing management level of enterprises.This study adopts literature research method,field research method and comparison method of peer enterprises to provide W company with methods and strategies to solve the problems existing in procurement management,improve the procurement management level of W company and ensure the realization of the goals of W company to the maximum extent.
