A Study Of Institutional Obstacles And Solutions To China’s Private Economy Development At The Present Stage

Since the policy of reform and opening up was introduced, privateeconomy has achieved rapid development in our country, which plays a great role inpromoting the national economy and social development and other aspects. The privateeconomy has become an important sector of national economy. At the same time,18thCPC National Congress emphasized:“we must unswervingly encourage, support andguide the development of the non-public sector, and ensure that economic entities underall forms of ownership have equal access to factors of production in accordance with thelaw, compete on a level playing field and are protected by the law as equals.” Thegovernment has regulated a series of beneficial policy and laws and regulations, whichoffers a favorable environment and opportunity for further development of privateeconomy. However, at the present stage there exists many problems in the developingprocess of private economy, institutional obstacles is one of the most important one. Inorder to promote its further development, the institutional obstacles must be removed.The different circles of society attach high attention to the rapid development ofprivate economy, the academic circle also have done much research work on privateeconomy from different perspective and gained fruitful research results on institutionalobstacles of private economy.Yet, in general, there are some deficiencies. So thecomprehensive and in-depth research is conducted on institutional obstacles andsolutions to private economy. It is based on the summary and absorption of variousresearch results, taking the basic tenets of Marxism and the Chinesization of Marxismas guidance, using the theory of New Institutional Economics as analysis tool.The article is divided into six sections: in the introduction section, the researchbackdrop, theory value, related research at home and abroad, thesis layout, the innovation and deficiencies of the research are mainly introduced; in the second section,mainly about the definition of private economy and the theoretical basis of the article; inthe third section, the necessity of developing private economy in China are expounded;in the fourth section, making a list of the current development status of private economyin China since the policy of reform and opening up was introduced; in the fifth section,analyzing the institutional obstacles of private economy based on the sections above; inthe sixth section, putting forward the various corresponding solutions to the institutionalobstacles in private economy in China.
