Research On The Development Of Private Economy In China With Institutional Change

Our country's socialist market economy systems is pushing forward steadily, in this great historical transformation, the private economy of our country have played an important impetus role, and it has become the huge potential of the new economical growth spot. The private economy now have become the important constituent in our country, quite different from its "the auxiliary body" in socialist market economy of the past, and now it has become the new force of the economic growth and development. This article will take the movements since the reform and opening up of our country's private economy as the research object. Guided by Marxism economics theory, applies the theory of institutional change more thorough analysis on development of our country' private economy. The article investigates the institutional variables on our country's private economy with empirical analysis method. It elaborates the positive role of private economy play in the national economy. Although the government has appeared a series of measures to encourage, support the private economy at present. But the private economy is still in its initial development after all. There are so many problems, such as its developing environment, its own management and so on. Finally, this article propose impels concrete countermeasure suggestion which to help the private economy further develops in the system innovation way.
