And it answers twoquestions. One of them is what kind of system obstacles do the private economy face.And the other is how these barriers can affect the development of private economy. Thefourth chapter is also one of the key chapters. Based on paper above, the author thinksabout the system innovation of the private economy. The author holds that we shouldmake property right system innovation, financial system innovation, access systeminnovation, and strengthen the development of the private economy culture construction, complete the private enterprise chamber of commerce system, and establish goodinstitutions for the private economy.The points created by this thesis are as follows: First of all, the author makesanalysis on main institutional of the development of the private economy, not only theformal system obstacles, but also the informal system obstacles and implementationmechanisms.
