Study On Sustainable Development In New Period Of Shaanxi Light Industry

Light industry is an important industry in the national economy, it providesthe most basic production and living materials for people’s life, it undertakes thetasks of booming economy, developing consumer market, promotingemployment, and it occupies a very important position in economy. Shaanxiprovince is in rich of agriculture and population, in1980s, light industry hasmade brilliant achievements, because of heavy industry bias, light industryalways lags behind the heave industry and block economic development ofShaanxi. We need to solve the problem of light industry to promote the economyof Shaanxi. At the same time, the relationship between development of lightindustry and environmental closely, facing of resource and increasingly seriousenvironmental pollution problems, the development of light industry has beenunable to develop with high consumption and high pollution path, we need find ascientific and long-term development path. Under the double pressure ofeconomic development and environmental constraints, we need to review lightindustry development of Shaanxi, so as to promote economy of Shaanxiprovince.This paper focuses on the development of Shaanxi light industry fromthe perspective of sustainable development, uses some useful methods. Underthe direction of sustainable development concept, this paper bases on the resultsof the eleventh Five Year Plan, giving a comprehensive analysis of the presentsituation of Shaanxi province light industry development, including the existedproblems, achievements and effects. Then we use SWOT method to analyze theadvantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats comprehensively andobjectively and put forward the principles, objectives and strategies of Shaanxilight industry development in the new period. On the basis of this, we putforward specific countermeasures from the perspective of government,enterprises and industry. The government should strengthen the support dynamics. Enterprises should optimize the management and development. Theindustry should strengthen management and specification. This paper aimsto clear present situation, solve the existing problems, put forward ideas forfuture development and specific measures to be taken. On the bases of this,promoting the development of Shaanxi light industry, and finally, making lightindustry boom economy of Shaanxi by giving full play to the role of promotingemployment, increasing income, expanding exports, solving the problems ofagriculture, helping the development of related industries, and ultimately drivingthe development of Shaanxi economy.Studying the subject of Shaanxi light industry sustainable development hasimportant theoretical significances for the industry sustainable development, ithas also great realistic significance for promoting the development of Shaanxi’seconomy.
