Research On The Coordinated Development Of Circular Economy And Industry In Jilin Province

In recent years,with the sustained economic growth in Jilin province,the contradiction between resource shortage,environmental pollution and economic growth is becoming more and more obvious.In particular,the energy peak is expected to reach and the country's emission reduction commitments that requirements Jilin province must follow the development of circular economy model.Trace to its source,the industrial structure of Jilin province at the present stage determines its rigid demand for environmental resources.Therefore,it is urgent for Jilin to develop circular economy and industry to promote the sustainable development of economy.Intensive studying on the relationship between circular economy and industrial development,further promote the coordinated development of the two,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the further construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development in Jilin province.This paper mainly from the industrial economics and synergetics perspective,combined with the actual situation of Jilin Province,act the circular economy and the development of industry as the basic research method of this paper,put forward specific measures to promote the coordinated development of circular economy in Jilin province and industry.The full text is divided into seven parts.Firstly,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this paper;Secondly,this paper expounds the theory of circular economy,industrial development and coordinated development,and analyzes the mechanism of the synergetic development of the two;The third part analyzes the current situation of circular economy and industrial development in Jilin Province,and finds out the existing respective problems of circular economy and industrial development;On the basis of the above,the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the coordinated development of circular economy and industry in Jilin province;The fifth part,this paper selects the time series data of 2000-2015 from the perspective of quantitative calculation of synergy between Jilin province circular economy and industry development,the empirical results show that Jilin province is currently in low collaborative development stage of two;In the sixth part,the author summarizes the restricting factors of collaborative development of circular economy and industry in Jilin province;Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of circular economy and industry in Jilin province.
