In the author’s opinion, how to build a new supplier quality management system, transfer present passive quality control characterized by monitoring product quality delivered from supplier to new active quality control characterized by defending product quality issues, then execute the so-called TQM(Total Quality Management)system to suppliers, one of the key factor of YN long term healthiness development is carry out cooperation and win-win management model with suppliers.
