G company take the strategy of market-oriented, science and technology, focused on deep processing of agricultural and sideline products research, G is implementing the agricultural industrialization management patterns of "company + base + farmers". G company is facing some problems, such as customer complaints, at the same time, the company’s internal operation efficiency is low, and G company lack of standardized management. These problems hindered the development of the company, so the company faces a serious crisis.In view of G Company’s problem, the leaders put the cold-chain logistics system process optimization in an important position, there will be a process optimization of the G company food cold chain logistics system that take the food quality and work efficiency of the flow into account.
