With the development of G company, and the people’s demand for food is higher and higher, G Company is an enterprise that combines well-bred breeding pigs, commercial fattening, slaughtering, segmentation, cooked products processing, refrigeration with logistics distribution, chain sales for the integration of modern food production and management. G company take the strategy of market-oriented, science and technology, focused on deep processing of agricultural and sideline products research, G is implementing the agricultural industrialization management patterns of "company + base + farmers". G company is facing some problems, such as customer complaints, at the same time, the company’s internal operation efficiency is low, and G company lack of standardized management. These problems hindered the development of the company, so the company faces a serious crisis.In view of G Company’s problem, the leaders put the cold-chain logistics system process optimization in an important position, there will be a process optimization of the G company food cold chain logistics system that take the food quality and work efficiency of the flow into account. To improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and fundamentally resolve what G Company is faced with, so as to enhance G Company’s operational capacity and win back the credibility and the operation of the business is more efficient.In this paper, first of all, in base of the perspective of the process optimization idea, use flow chart method to display G company current cold-chain logistics process, and then through the analysis of the process, find out the current problems existing in the process; Secondly, use the AHP method to analytic the process G Company’s present food cold chain, and to determined the importance of each work activity, carries on the essential flow recognition; Once again, combining RFID technology to optimize G company food cold chain logistics system, and focus on the RFID optimization of the key process, at the same time raise the corresponding package measures. Finally, clarify the optimizing results after use the RFID techniques, and compare the before and after the optimization of key process, to state the effectiveness of optimization.- IV-...
