As the demand quantity of fresh fruit and vegetable is increased,the quality demand is improved,fresh fruit and vegetables are becoming the focus of the logistics industry.S County in Shandong province has a high production and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables,it is called China’s first vegetables county.Fresh fruits and vegetables industry has become an important pillar of the county,there are more and more enterprises engaged in fresh fruits and vegetables sales.If these enterprises want to win in the fierce competition,they must take measures to enhance the core competitiveness.Business process optimization is an important means of process optimization.It can change the old process of fresh fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics,improve the efficiency of fresh fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics and reduce the cost of cold chain logistics to the greatest degree.It will improve the incomes of companies and S County fresh fruits and vegetables industry.In our paper,we select the most representative GF company in S County of Shandong Province as research objects.We make a detailed investigation on the research status quo of cold chain logistics of fresh fruits and vegetables at home and abroad.Then we use the theoretical knowledge of cold chain logistics of fresh fruits and vegetables to optimize management the company’s key business processes of cold chain of fresh fruits and vegetables.The paper is arranged as follows:Firstly,we introduce the current situation and problem analysis about the cold chain of fresh fruits and vegetables.The current situation includes the following five aspects:details of the GF company’s development,GF company’s development planning and vision of cold chain,identification,calculation and analysis of key process based on analytic hierarchy process,description of status quo about logistics warehousing management system,analyze the GF company’s problems of the key process in the cold chain of fresh fruits and vegetables.The first problem is about the overall process of cold chain.By checking the company’s flowchart,we find many deficiencies such as the lack of effective communication between departments and departments,the unclear responsibilities of departments,the waste of labor consumption and low efficiency in the whole process,the unreasonable picking,the waste of refrigerant and high cost.By talking to employees and checking records,we also find that the communication with customers is single,the staffs are not proficient and the information of production unit is poor.The second problem is about logistics warehousing and distribution management system.We analyze the second problem from process,human resources management and information technology.Secondly,we indicate the ideas and goals of optimization and optimize the key business process of cold chain.We propose the simplification,rearrangement,integration and automation of logistics warehousing management system.We also analyze feasibility and efficiency of the optimization scheme.Finally,we put forward the safeguard measures for optimization from the continuous construction of the executive power system,the innovation of internal system and organization,the investment of various resources and the construction and perfection of information system.Through the optimization for the cold chain of fresh fruits and vegetables,we hope to reduce GF company’s cost of cold chain logistics,improve the operational efficiency of GF company,enhance the competitiveness of GF company and ultimately maximize the benefits of GF company.Our paper also provides guidance and reference for the construction and optimization of fresh fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics in S county and other domestic city.
