Research On The Index System Of Strong Tourism Province Construction In Yunnan Province

In2013, the Yunnan provincial government put forward the strategy of Strong Tourism Province, in order to build the tourism industry in Yunnan province into the strategic pillar industry, through the promotion of the development of the tourism industry, promote the development of sustained and stable economic and social in Yunnan Province. Strong Tourism Province index system is an important theoretical problem that should be solved in the construction process of Yunnan tourism. In this thesis, for the realistic need of Yunnan tourism industry development and the need to explore the theory of the development of the tourism industry, combined with research interests, Using the theory of pillar industry, comparative advantage theory, industrial competitiveness theory study and the empirical analysis, using literature research method, interview method, questionnaire and expert consultation method, the thesis construct the index system construction of Yunnan tourism,based on the foundation, conditions, connotation and characteristics of the construction of Strong Tourism Province in Yunnan Province on the construction of tourism.This thesis divides index system of Strong Tourism Province Construction into three kinds of indicators index system, which have a total of13three level index,35four level index system. The three indicators index system are tourism industry competitiveness index, the foundation of tourism and tourism facilities linkage effect. Meanwhile, this thesis attempts to measure and evaluate the competitiveness and the degree of development of Yunnan tourism industry by using the index system, and put forward five strategies and six measures for Yunnan to build a Strong Tourism Province.The five strategies are as follows:1, to adjust the structure of tourism industry;2, to promote the integration of industrial development;3, to promote the tourism industry reform and development;4, to expand the tourism regional cooperation;5, to develop the tourism with science and education. The six measures are:1, to improve the quality of tourism services;2, to improve the public service capability;3, to strengthen the financial support;4, to achieve a more lenient policy of opening to the outside world;5, to promote the construction of tourism projects;6, to promote the implementation of supporting policies.Due to the development of Strong Tourism Province is still a new subject, and involving the development of the tourism industry in every aspect, this thesis has constructed the index system of the tourism industry and applied in practice, but also it need to further deepen the theoretical research, and gradually improve the index system of tourism, strengthen with other departments communication, in order to better apply the tourism index system in the construction of tourism.
