With the deepening of the reform and opening up, the international division of labor isbecoming elaborate more and more, with boasting abundant labor resources, China hadmade a great of achievement in economy from the international trading marketby relying on its cheap labor. Before joinning the WTO, OEM model isprevailing in the coastal cities of China. OEM means original equipment manufacture,andwith the efficient utilization of labor resource,it can develop economy verywell,Meanwhile the OEM in china also can develop themselves by using its own laborresource and foreign resources,Therefore what the OEMs need to consider is how tosurvive from both the increasingly market competition and the competition from thoseenterprise all of the world.The procurement is related to the cost of enterprise,along with the increasingdevelopment of technology today,it is difficult to pull the gap between the enterprisesthrough their S&T competition,production competition are more inclined to cost compete--tion,Consequently, procurement strategic become particularly important.here the paper isaiming to study OEM’ strategic procurement relation,and to analyze its existingmodel,and to find out the reasons by studying OEM strategic procurement and the modelof supplier chain management,and then the countermeasures has been put forward forOEM strategic procurement for Chinese enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction part tointroduce the background, purpose and meaning, and to describe the contents of thisarticle and research ideas, using research methods, and to summarize relevant literature athome and abroad. The second chapter is supply chain management and strategic sourcingmanagement theories, through the supply chain, to define the connotation of strategicsourcing, supply chain procurement management mode analysis, supply chainmanagement to clarify the importance of strategic sourcing. The third chapter is an OEMenterprise procurement management problems and cause analysis, mainly for OEM companies analyze the current situation, the current procurement management for OEMcompanies to analyze problems and to summarize its cause. The fourth chapter is an OEMenterprise procurement management problem solving specific programs, through theestablishment of strategic sourcing team, improve the use of strategic sourcing supplychain management, and improve procurement OEM companies as well as to establish asound external environment for OEM procurement organizational structure to resolvestrategic OEM procurement problems. Chapter V of G Project M enterprises to adoptstrategic sourcing program and impact assessment, through practical case studies illustrateM companies use strategic sourcing manner G project strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges, and propose concrete measures. The sixth chapter is theconclusion and outlook.
