Studies On Agricultural Products Logistics Park’S Optimized Location In Heilongjiang Province

With the further development of China’s reform and opening up, national economy, international trade, science and technology and people’s living standards, the modern logistics industry is booming in our country. But no matter in theory or practice, our country agricultural product logistics are at an early stage of development which is relatively backward. Agricultural products logistics park as the development direction of modern logistics and many scholars’ research hot topic, possesses high research value. The study of agricultural products logistics parks in Heilongjiang province is still in the primary level, the agricultural products logistics park’s location layout is lack of corresponding theoretical basis. Whether agricultural product logistics park’s location is reasonable in Heilongjiang province or not influences not only the relationship between the agricultural products logistics park and the utilization of resource in surrounding areas and conservation of investment and construction cost, but also function orientation, the management of construction and development of future agricultural products logistics park.In this paper, through the establishment of the index system of agricultural products logistics park location factors of Heilongjiang province, and using projection pursuit classification model, getting rid of human disturbance factors, it makes an empirical analysis of five comprehensive agricultural products logistics park location objectively in Heilongjiang province. Through the comprehensive calculation of location factors, it selected more suitable locations for agricultural products logistics park. Looking at the above factors, the location method can test whether the existing logistics park location is reasonable, and can provide scientific basis for the proposed logistics park location. Based on projection pursuit classification model of logistics park location model, the influence of subjective factors can be avoided and the importance of each evaluation index system can be gained objectively and it proved the optimal location results are scientific and reasonable location methods, also it promotes the scientific development of the construction of agricultural products logistics park location.And on this basis, this paper evaluated the larger scale agricultural products logistics park’s location in Heilongjiang province and it demonstrates the importance of the agricultural products logistics park location, provides a theoretical basis and the empirical analysis of reference for Heilongjiang province agricultural products logistics park location work, pointes out the direction for the key construction of comprehensive agricultural products logistics parks in Heilongjiang province and provides theoretical basis and reference for the key support of the government and construction planning in the future. This article also issued optimization countermeasures for agricultural products logistics park location according to the situation of Heilongjiang province:the enhancement of theory agricultural product logistics park and research of site selection technology;the enhancement of agglomeration effect in agricultural products logistics park;the enhancement of ecological protection to promote the sustainable development of agricultural products logistics park; the establishment of favorable policies to support enterprises in agricultural products logistics park;the enhancement of supporting modern service system in agricultural product logistics park.
