Study On Location Of Jiangxi Agricultural Products Logistics Park

In recent years, the scholars and the government pay more and more attention in the development of logistics parks, and its function in all fields is gradually being recognized by people. The problem about Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers has been one of the most important works of our government, so a growing number of scholars trying to solve the agricultural problem by the theory of logistics. In this case, Jiangxi government also formulated a series of policies about the logistics development to solve the Jiangxi's agriculture issues.In this context, as a way to solve the circulation problem of agricultural products logistics, this paper suggests to set up the agricultural logistics park in Jiangxi province, hoping to reduce the high loss, high cost and low efficiency and so on issues in the current of agricultural products. This paper starts with the concept of logistics and logistic parks, and combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi' agricultural development to analysis the main factors that influence the location of Jiangxi Agricultural Food Logistics park. Based on that, this paper used the set covering model and AHP method to do the demonstration research in the location of Jiangxi Agri-foods Logistics Park, and finally get the optimal plan.This paper gets two conclusions through research. First, this paper forecasts the scale of Jiangxi Agri-foods Logistics Park through the development of Jiangxi logistics, so gets the conclusion that Jiangxi can set up one Agri-foods logistics park. Second, this paper uses the set covering model to determine the Park's five candidate plans, then uses the AHP to analysis the candidate plans, ultimately prove that Nanchang is the best place to set up Agri-foods Logistics Park.
