The Study Of Forestry Association Between The Industry And Regional Economy In Jilin Province

Forestry is the foundation of the whole social and economic sustainable development, as one of the main body of ecological environment construction. Since our country is put forward in building a harmonious socialist society policy, forestry for its advantages of renewable resource output, and become an important part.Many countries in the implementation of the sustainable development of national economy policy, in recent years, the CPC central committee and the state council issued relevant policy, puts forward new requirements of modern forestry construction, at the same time also gives its new mission, so forestry construction become a top priority.Jilin province as one of national key forestry province, forest resource is very rich. And now for the forestry work of Jilin province, is how the Jilin province forestry resources reasonable configuration, highest efficiency into economic benefits, will be transformed into forestry in our province economic strong province, to promote effective development of forestry industry economy of Jilin province.In this paper, the forestry industry at home and abroad based on the research results of related theory, through on-the-spot investigation and the collection of related data, using grey correlation analysis method, from2003to2012in Jilin province forestry industry and its internal three times industry and regional GDP between the empirical analysis, and then to Jilin province forestry industry and regional economy to study the correlation between, the following conclusions:Jilin province forestry output is relatively stable, the average correlation betwe-en GDP and region growing, it reflects the forestry industry has become more important to the economic development of Jilin province. Among them, the second forestry industry with the largest correlation between Jilin province GDP, the average correlation degree is0.7899;Second is the first industry correlation forestry center, the average correlation degree is0.7684;Finally is the third forestry industry correlation is minimum, and the average correlation was0.7008.Analysis its reason, mainly lies in:Jilin province forestry industry started relatively backward, mainly the sale of raw materials for operators, so the first industry occupies a certain proportion in the whole forestry output value;Although it is the second industry and the advantage of the long-term development of the Jilin forest industry industry, but the formation of the low value-added products, more than on primary products, intermediate products and the final product output is less, the other infrastructure also is weak, the processing advantages cannot play;Finally is given priority to with forest tourism and service industry of the tertiary industry, industry internal more complex, relevance is relatively loose, did not form a distinctive products independently, weak influence on the market.Through the above conclusion, establish the status of the forestry industry in Jilin province economic development, promoting sustained and healthy development of the forestry three times between industry in Jilin province, and using the experience of domestic other province forestry industry rapid development, put forward to strengthen the basis position of primary industry, firm’s status as a leading industry, the second industry to speed up the development of the tertiary industry’s advice, hope can be used to guide and practice, to promote Jilin province forestry industry rapid development, to speed up our province from big province of forestry resources to the pace of our economic strong province.
