The three-year-change program brined a new look in Shijiazhuang city, and theconstruction of urban subway will push Shijiazhuang to a new height, Also ZhengDing district planning and development will lead the new direction of development inShijiazhuang. The implement of the three-year-change program as well as theconstruction of urban subway rail and the great plan Zheng Ding new District, thereal estate market of Shijiazhuang will undoubtedly be more prosperous. On thisoccasion, it is very necessary to conduct a research on the real estate prices inShijiazhuang factors.According to the type of factors, different factors that will influence of realestate prices in Shijiazhuang were divided into five categories and24subcategoriesfor qualitative analysis. Gray relational analysis method was used to analysis thequantifiable factors affecting the real estate prices. The orders in accordance with thesize of correlation are: GDP, disposable income, construction costs, sales area andcompletion of an area, the urbanization rate, lending rates, population, CPI, real estateinvestment.On the basis of the planning of Shijiazhuang, the real estate developmentprospects and development direction was further analyzed. Meanwhile, for the newsituation of Zheng Ding New District, strategies and recommendations were proposedto accelerate maturation definite Zheng Ding New District.
