Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, and the feed industry is an important part of the development of agricultural economy. Agriculturalenterprises in the process of expanding the scale, faced with a variety ofgrowing pains, especially human resource issues. Human resources as the precious resource of enterprise development, the competition of enterprises isthe personnel training competition, staff training has also become a hot topic of enterprise human resources development research and practice.With the aggravation of the market competition, culture and the establishment of a high-quality talent team is essential for the growth and development of enterprises. Design of enterprise training system should be oriented corporate strategy, focus on the future changes in the market, considering the employeeself-development needs, through establishing a set of scientific, complete system, strengthen the education and training of staff, improve staff quality and ability, the human capital continued appreciation, so as to improve business performance and achieve strategic objectives. Therefore, enterprises should be good at grasping the pulse of the times, the continuous human resource training as an effective means to achieve stability, development and efficient operation of enterprises.This article from the related theory of human resource and training of employees, with G agricultural development company as the research object,combined with the existing training management system of G agricultural development company, analyzes the basic situation of the company human resources at G company and the current situation of employee training; integrated with the methods of literature survey, case study and questionnaire survey,investigation and Study on staff training problems of G company, and analyze the root causes; based on the principle of practicality, scientificity and maneuverability of G agricultural development company’s employee training system for the research, optimization, and puts forward the optimization ideas and suggestions. This paper is devoted to the optimization of employee training system of G agricultural development company, hope that through this study, can help G agricultural development company to establish effectivetraining system, so that the company’s employee training system more growthand profitability, help enterprises to improve the level of human resources,promote the sustainable growth of the enterprise, thus to obtain the marketcompetition advantage, and to establish the staff training system in agricultural enterprises play a reference role.
