In recent years,iron ore mining giants from Australia and Brazil,with their high ore reserves and low mining costs,have continued to expand production,causing iron ore prices to plummet and profits to fall.Most of China's iron ore mining companies are small and medium-sized enterprises,the depressed market has increased the business risk of these companies.As an iron mining enterprise,TP Company,facing the depression of the industry,and starts with the company's internal management to do a good job of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency.Equipment management is an important function of mining enterprises,which involves the core of safety and production,and ensures the stable production and safe production of enterprises.The improvement of existing training programs will be based on TPM theory.Improving equipment management performance is to increase productivity,reduce safety accidents and reduce costs and increase efficiency for enterprisesThis paper takes TP Company as an example and takes the training program of equipment management employee as the research object.Firstly,literature research method is used to review literatures and theories about employee training and TPM,so as to provide theoretical support for training program optimization.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of human resources and equipment management,and using the questionnaire survey to summarize the current status and problems of the training of the equipment management employee.Thirdly,using the OTP model for training needs assessment at the organization level,task level,and person level;according to the different objectives of training,complete the design of training program of the three types of equipment management employee;according to the training program,the corresponding program implementation was designed from the aspects of teachers,training methods,and class hours;Based on the Kirkpatrick Model,designing corresponding tests from the four aspects of the reaction,the learning,the behavior,and the result,to get a comprehensive assessment.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of training programs,the corresponding safeguards are designed from two aspects of organization and system.Most of the training programs of mining enterprises are focused on the safety education,but there is no specific training plan for all aspects of safety management.This article from the three main functions of equipment management-management,maintenance,operation,in line with the practical principles,for each function design different training programs,comprehensive training of equipment management employee.Hope that through this study,to help TP company in equipment management training to make some progress,and ultimately to improve the level of equipment management.
