SMEs have become an important foundation for China’s economic growth, prosperityand expanding employment market in China. SMEs to explore the issue of internal controlis to research, analyze and solve layers of obstacles in the development of SMEs.In recent years, with the continuous economic development and the gradualimprovement of the people’s living standards. There are a number of small and mediumenterprises began to slowly rise in the Chinese food industry. Strengthen internal control, isrequired to implement effective management, but also improve important aspects ofeconomic efficiency. But the actual operation from the current situation, the internalcontrol problems in many food companies have a lot of vacant places, and long-termimpact on the economic development of these enterprises in varying degrees. Research andresolve these issues are imminent.In this paper, Chongqing AW food company as a research object. I use internalcontrol theory to analysis this company from the perspective of economic management.My teacher and I went through personally collected information and data discovery AWsales management internal control weaknesses, make recommendations for improvement.From the organizational structure of the set, the division of job responsibilities, and adjustsales strategy, accounts receivable management, analysis of the AW in the internal part ofthe problems, the issues raised against the scheme has improved operability, Through theimplementation of this program to enable enterprises to improve the existing salesmanagement, strengthen internal controls AW companies in the sales cycle, increase salesand AW collection efficiency. This program of internal control aspects of the sales andcollection also has a certain significance for other SMEs.
