Abstract/Summary:
With the accelerated process unified of urban and rural, the number of residentialconstruction is large, China’s real estate enterprises is awakening from sleep, and willface a new craze. In twenty-first century at the beginning of this decade, the real estatemarket of China is rapidly warming, the current real estate industry has become the thirdpillar of the economy after electronic communications and the car industry. Real estateand construction industry accounts for nearly10%of GDP. At the same time, the realestate industry is in close relation to cultural industries, so promote the real estateindustry reasonable and effective development is very important.The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries of the national, and plays animportant role in the development of the national economy, since the reform and openingup, the real estate industry is developing rapidly, but at the same time, the brain drainphenomenon of the real estate industry has become a serious problem. Many real estatecompanies feel worried, now a problem in urgent is the need of talents and planning andproperty management, particularly lack of the people who familiar with the real estatedevelopment of the entire link.Human resources plays an important role in the development of a company. Onlywith the scientific enterprise human resources management can a company maintain agood competitive edge in the increasingly competitive market. For the terms of the realestate companies, having an excellent and relatively stable talent team is a key to surviveand achieve healthy and sustainable development for real estate companies and realestate marketing agencies.The important role of the real estate sectors in the national economy and the moreand more serious of brain drain, become the background of this research. Based on thisbackground, this paper focuses on the problem of brain drain in QDJ Real EstateCompany, through analyzing the influence factors of brain drain, and then put forward tothe real estate sectors about some suggestions to solve the problem of brain drain. It havecertain application value to improve the work efficiency and the job satisfaction of theemployee for the real estate company.The main contents of the dissertation as follows:1. The dissertation describes the trend of the real estate sectors and the developmentof history, it also analyzed the characteristics of personnel engaged in the real estatesectors.2. Analyzed the factors of the real estate business’s talent losses, carries on theanalysis from three levels of macro factors, individual factors and personal factors, use AHP method to construct the influencing factor model of talent loss effects based on realestate enterprises, which provides the basis for the later talent loss preventionrecommendations.3. The dissertation, to make an empirical study on the Real Estate Company aboutthe factors affecting on QDJ loss of talent, through the combination of questionnairesurvey and interviews to object sample. Based on the survey data of analyzing thevalidity and reliability of the real estate development enterprise, describing statisticsanalysis, and put-ing forward the corresponding countermeasures according to theresults...
