With the development of real estate industry, especially the promoting of therestriction policy of the country and the growing stock in real estate, the competitionin real estate industry is becoming increasingly fierce, so the real estate industry moreand more depends on the outstanding core brain heavily. While draining of the corebrain problem is increasingly troubled enterprise development, it has become aproblem needing to solve for the industry managers.On the basis of the quoted status, the paper analysis the problems for the realestate enterprise core brain draining, such as the company’s costs bringing, the loss ofintangible assets, the floating heart, a variety of practical problems and potentialproblem. Based on a combined method of questionnaire and interview, the authoranalyses the problem of the core talented people’s outflow, and gives a heart to hearttalk with the core talented people on the basis of the way which is on thequestionnaire survey in Q Company. Again the author analyses the reason of the coretalented people’outflows after investigating core talented people. On the basis ofinvestigation, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem ofthe core brain drain in Q Company from the point of view of enterprise managers. Forinstance, strengthen the core real estate high-end talent reserving in the external policy,guiding to service for the core talent in real estate industry organization, defining tothe core talents clearly in the internal organization, improving the institution culture,establishing and perfecting pertinent human resources management system, such asthe salary system, performance system, and training system, meanwhile reinforcinglabor contract administration, enlarging the cost of the brain drain. This paper takesconsideration into the analyzed result and raises suitable methods and advice ofreducing the rate of brain drain in the aspects of the brain drain, which lays goodfoundations for the enterprises to improve employees’work satisfaction andefficiency.
