Data from National Bureau of Statistics released that price of housing and land has been falling since the end of 2013,and there still has space to fall.The real estate industry is facing the challenge of how to healthily and stably develop,and at the same time challenge also means opportunity.Human resource is one of the core competitiveness.Unfortunately,due to such factors as high work pressure and hard environment,the separation rate of personnel in real estate industry is generally higher than other industries,and the stability remains to be enhanced.Based on the relatively high staff separation rate in real estate industry as the background,the paper used statistical analysis method of SPSS20.0 to sort out the main factors of brain drain of Real Estate N Company.The study found that main causes lies in:(1)salary welfare lacks of fairness from foreign or internal aspect,and labor indirect ration to remuneration;(2)poor leadership and communication barrier between superior and subordinates cause the loss of employee satisfaction;(3)recruiting wrong staff,few training opportunities and lack of promotion mechanism cause employees' confusion in their career;(4)lack of promotion mechanism and not transparent evaluation result in the loss of talented people;(5)few training opportunities generate that it is difficult for staff to meet the needs of their development.Finally,to effectively solve the problem of brain drain,give the following suggestions:(1)to establish effective compensation incentive system on the basis of fairness;(2)to introduce competition mechanism of middle-level leadership management,and increase the organization's leadership effectiveness;(3)to formulate interlocking career management process;(4)to establish transparent promotion process,and long-term reserve useful cadres;(5)to increase investment in training and education to retain talents.It is expected that the study has certain application value to provide reference for similar real estate company,and then promote healthy and rapid development of the real estate industry in our country.
