| With the economic globalization and regional economic integration in the macrocontext, the tourism has developed rapidly all over the world and the tourismcompetition has been also intense day by day.In order to avoid the loss which the fiercecompetition give rise to,many regions enhanced the Regional Tourism Cooperation.The Regional Tourism Cooperation has become a kind of tendency of world tourismdevelopment in the world. with more than30years fast development of China,theeconomic output of Chinese tourism is unceasingly enhanced, and the whole qualityalso obviously rises.The regional tourism competition is unceasingly strengthing.Tourism cooperation areas of different levels are booming. It shows that the RegionalTourism Cooperation is developing fast in China, this tendency also will be theimportant direction of Chinese tourism development in the future.Various forms of Regional Tourism Cooperation continue to emerge at home andabroad, the academic community research on Regional Tourism Cooperation from manyangles and multi-lateral, enriched the content of Regional Tourism Cooperation, andpromoted the rapid development. However, the theoretical study more from theperspective of sociology, economics, management and information network, study ontourism point is small; The empirical study more from the macro level, emphasis oninternational and domestic exchanges and cooperation between the provincial in thepolitical role, study on inter-Regional Tourism Cooperation is small from a certaingeographical area; Research perspective make more use of qualitative, and lack ofscientific.Cheng-Mian-Le is the most developed region of Sichuan, for its developedeconomy and the major tourism resources of Sichuan Province. The tourismdevelopment in Cheng-Mian-Le Region is highly important for Sichuan Province. So this paper takes Cheng-Mian-Le Region as the research object, mainly discusses thetourism cooperation across the cities in this province, analysis the Regional TourismCooperation model of Cheng-Mian-Le, realizes win-win cooperation of regionaltourism, which has an important practical significance in the balanced development oftourism industry in Sichuan province.The paper focuses on the question about the model of Regional TourismCooperation, study the tourism cooperation model which is suitable to Cheng-Mian-LeRegion. The content of this paper includes the research background and the introductionof significance, a review on the research situation of Regional Tourism Cooperation andmake a simple comment, introduces related concepts and theoretical basis, inpreparation for the research, analysis the situation and existing problems of regionalcooperation in Cheng-Mian-Le Region, put forward the necessity and basic conditionsof Regional Tourism Cooperation, summarize the research achievements on RegionalTourism Cooperation model of previous scholars, according to the result ofcomprehensive competitiveness analysis,probe into Regional Tourism Cooperationmodel of Cheng-Mian-Le Region, and put forward some countermeasures of RegionalTourism Cooperation innovation.This paper selects some cities of Cheng-Mian-Le Region as analysis object, usinghierarchical analysis method from the tourism performance, fund source, infrastructurein three aspects, ten indexes of Cheng-Mian-Le Region,analysis the urban tourismcompetitiveness of all levels cities. according to the analysis result, explore the“point-axis” cooperation model which is suitable to Cheng-Mian-Le Region, the modelfits a pattern of regional cooperation from the spatial dimension, put forward a generalcharacteristics of the Regional Tourism Cooperation model: a primary center city, forsecondary center cities, a number of tourism node cities, a primary tourism axis, twosecondary tourism axes, eight third-level tourism axes.The main contents of this paper focused on the building of regional tourismcooperation Cheng-Mian-Le region, Specific contents include the followingcomponents:The first part：Introduction, Mainly refer to the research background, researchsignificance, determine the purpose and method of research and technology route, theliterature review of domestic and foreign about regional tourism cooperation fromdifferent angles and comments on the research status.The second part: Introduces the concept and theory of regional tourism cooperation and master the basics of regional tourism cooperation from the macro aspect. Providethe necessary guidance for the formation of regional tourism cooperation model ofCheng-Mian-Le region.The third part: Based on the regional tourism cooperation of Cheng-Mian-Le regionrelated information to analyze the reality of Cheng-Mian-Le regional tourismcooperation and the reason on choose the region as the research object.
