After30years of reform and opening-up, the comprehensive national strengthsignificantly increased, people’s living standards continued to improve. The incomedistribution system reforms and improves constantly, but the income gap among the industries,especially the growing wage gap is still widening of social justice proposed increasingchallenge. This article attempts to look at the wage gap A city industry sector income gap. Theresults may be two situations: First, wage gaps, it is a source of industry income gap; Second,wage income gap does not exist, indicating that wages are not the source of the income gapbetween the industry. It just reflects the income gap between the industry from other possibleapproaches from the other direction.
