Usage Research On Economization And Intension On Urban Land In Shapingba District Of Chongqing

The land of cities and towns composes an indispensable carrier in economydevelopment of cities and towns. On the base of scarcity of land, it means non-ignorablemeaning on economy, society and environment to improve the economized andintensive levels of land. As one of main districts of Chongqing, Shapingba District islocated along the Jialing Coast, with an outstanding contradiction between humans andland as a result of more people and less land. The prompt development ofindustrialization and urbanization leads to the express expansion of requirements on allkinds of land, including building land. This kind of quick development results in seriouswaste on the use of unban land. The phenomena, such as the unreasonable structure ofland use, the inordinate function distribution, the low use level and low use effect ofeconomization and intension, further aggravate the contradiction between human andland. As for this condition, the assessment on the economization and intension of unbanland will be useful to improve the rationalization on use of unban land as a result ofdevelopment from extensive form to intensive form of land use so as to promote theeffect of land use.We have later starting about the assessment on the economized and intensive use ofurban land, leading to poor assessment theories and practices. We are still on the initialexploration stage on the connotation and assessment methods of economization andintension of unban land, still left not to form a series of effective theory system andpractice effects. So, as for the theory research and assessment standard system oneconomization and intension, it is important to explore the assessment patterns,technologies and train of thought convenient for the intensive use of unban land, whichis helpful to remit the seriously mounting land resource pressure, improve the use effectof land and is of vital academic meanings and practice meanings on the promotion ofurban sustainable development.This paper, on the base of referring to relevant theories and research methods inand out of our country, analyzes the characteristics of land use and the existingproblems; at the same time, it analyzes the location theory, land rent and land price, landscarcity theory, marginal return reduction theory and the sustainable development theory relevant to the intension use of land; from the point of influence factors, it buildsan assessment index system suited for the economized and intensive use of land inShapingba District by choosing4aspects of land input intensity, use intensity, outputbenefit, environment benefit and13assessment indexes, and calculating weight by theapplication of gradation analysis method.By the application of multifactorial comprehensive assessment method and pattern,this paper has carried out quantized assessment on the economized and intensive levelof land use in Shapingba District, reaching out the changes on comprehensive intensityindexes from Year2003to Year2012, showing that the land use in Shapingba Districtrises year by year. By the combination of urban functions, dimension and land usedevelopment pattern, urbanization level, the problems and disadvantages existing inland use regime and inhabitant awareness, this paper actually proposes the treatmentsand advices aimed at promoting the economization and intension of land in ShapingbaDistrict.
