Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Patent Industrialization

The patent system, as an important legal system to promote the scientific andtechnological progress and innovation, has an significant effect on the economic and tradeactivities, which has become a vital indicator of national and regional comprehensivestrength. The government, enterprise and other subjects attach great importance to thissystem gradually. Especially, the patent system is the important manifestation of regionalscientific and technological development, represents the effectiveness of innovation.Transforming the patented technology into practical productive forces can not onlyincrease productivity, but also stimulate economic development. Chongqing is the onlymunicipal city in West China, while leading the development of the western region andplaying a decisive role in the economic development of West China. After years of thedevelopment, although the amounts of patents application and authorization of CQ havebeen greatly promoted, the innovation capacity and dynamic development are not enoughlooking into the patent quality. There are lots of problems in the development of patentindustrialization. Therefore, how to accelerate the development of patent industrializationin CQ, promote development and form the economics of scale are significant problemsneed to solve at present and also the only way to become the city that is leading inIntellectual Property.Firstly, this paper discusses the connotation and essence of patent industrializationrelated specialized vocabulary from the theory. It points out that patent industrializationrefers to a process in which the redevelopment of patented technology, then brings newtechnology, new material and new product through the experiment, combination,production, application, promotion and many other aspects. In the end, create value in theform of product and commodity until developing into a new industry. In this way, it existsessential difference between patent exploitation, patent transfer, patent commercializationand patent industrialization.Secondly, this paper analyzes the situation of CQ patent industrialization throughpatent R&D, patent development, patent industrialization and the construction of theintermediate service system, from which arrival at a conclusion that inadequate investmentin R&D, the position of the enterprise, the condition of college patent transferring, etc thatlead to the poor development of patent industrialization in CQ.Finally, construct the patent industrialization synergism system in the aspects of synergism motivation, influence factors and mechanism on the basis of synergisminnovation theory. The patent industrialization synergism system helps to integrate thesubjects in relevance, stimulates the motivation in the process of patent industrialization sothat promote the patent industrialization. At last, put forward some proposals forprocessing the patent industrialization synergetic mechanism in CQ.
