Study On The Optimization And Reconstruction Of The Integrated"Mass Logistics" System For NCGN Company

With the deepening of the grid net structure’s reform, traditional logistics management mode is no longer satisfying for the modern grid enterprises’ demands. For that matter, those companies have to accelate their following steps, for breaking the old customs and integrating the new resources, to obtain the richest economic benefits through the cost-reduction method. And with the background of the new reformation from NCGN company, an optimizedly and reconstructedly integrated "Mass Logistics" system is proposed, which aims to establish a more scientific and reasonable material management system with a more unified and standard management mode. Meanwhile, with the help of using modern logistics technologies and equipments, this system can do realize the effects with integration, unification and standardization.In the background of "Mass Logistics" knowledge, the paper firstly discusses some current situations and problems in material control aspects in North China Grid Net (NCGN) company. By solving these problems, a theory basis is carried out for the integrated "Mass Logistics" system through lessoning from some advanced management experience and related core knowledge. On that basis, a NCGN-oriented "Mass Logistics" management mode is also set up, which adopts a "First Control and Second Operation" control system and a "One Platform and Three Centers" operation mechanism to establish a material-management mechanism cooperating with main organizations like material department and supply chain/logistics management center. This mechanism can provide the proposed system with some functional modules like electronic-catalogue purchase, consignment, quota, suppliers, distribution and waste materials management services.Result shows that the successful implementation of the NCGN-"Mass Logistics" system can fundamentally make the integration effect be realized the transformation from theory to practice. What’s more, it doesn’t only can help to improve the information’s interaction and sharing ability, but also can highlight the integration effect.
