Research On The Logistics System Optimization Of H Company

With the development of economic globalization and informatization,the competition in steel market has shifted from domestic to international arena and is becoming more and more intense.More importantly,our country began to enter the new economic era,the existing shortage economy has no longer exist,the advent of the era of surplus economy,forcing China's economy to make adjustments.At the same time,China's industry is gradually moving towards the post industrialization era,and the problems accumulated in the process of industrialization,such as environmental pollution,shortage of resources,overcapacity and so on,have gradually emerged.Facing these challenges,the structural reform of the supply side has become an important way to solve such problems.The economic development of our country has begun to change from high speed to high quality.Therefore,how to seize opportunities and meet challenges in the context of supply side reform is a challenge for the steel industry to adapt to the new trend of economic development.In this paper,H company is the research object.First,through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status,we find that China's steel trade enterprises must change management mode under the new economic situation,emphasizing customer value,service increment,optimizing resource allocation and supply chain management thinking.Then through the in-depth analysis of the logistics system of H company,it finds that the logistics operation mode is obsolete,the management of the partners is scarce,the resource allocation is unreasonable,and the information construction is lagging behind.Finally,through the analysis of the existing problems,reshaped the logistics development strategy of H company.In this paper,the evaluation index system of partner selection is established,the weight is determined by IAHP method,and the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate it.The supply contract and incentive mechanism have been established,and the minimum purchase quantity model has been constructed.In addition,improvements are proposed for cross boundary integration,resource allocation and logistics information management in the supply chain environment.The research on the optimization of H logistics system will be beneficial to the optimization of the distribution of logistics resources and information sharing.It is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain,reduce the operating cost,improve the synergy,agility and flexibility,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises.In addition,it will play a good reference role in the exploration and study of the transformation of steel trade enterprises under the new economic background.
