At present, the domestic software market has matured, like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) such software has been applied by large and small companies, corporate operations have been without the support of ERP, it has become the enterprise necessities. Therefore, more and more enterprises to implement ERP projects in general, but a long period of project implementation, difficult, involving a wide range, at present, China has not yet complete, standardized and scientific ERP project risk management system, it is difficult to effectively monitor the implementation of scientific projects during all the risks, especially risk management is not valued by most businesses, resulting in the success rate of ERP implementation project is relatively low. To analyze the risk management and risk-averse management strategies developed to provide a reference for most businesses successful implementation of ERP projects, thereby improving the success rate of ERP implementation project for all purposes of this study is to implement ERP projects through the business.From the various stages of ERP implementation project to analyze the risk management of the project. First, a summary of the analysis of the situation at home and abroad ERP project implementation, expounded China’s enterprises to implement ERP project success rate is not high in fact, made the background and significance of this paper; Secondly, the current research were reviewed, understanding of the latest developments of risk management; Third, project risk management concepts are described, and introduced the distinction between ERP project risk management and other project risk management; fourth, electrical equipment introduced in the implementation of ERP project risk management The current situation and problems, analyzes the problems and their causes; fifth, four stages of ERP project implementation from the commencement of the risk factors for source analysis:the ERP project preparation stage, ERP project blueprint stage, ERP system implementation phase, operation and maintenance phase of the ERP source analysis; Fifth, the main risk is given in accordance with the project development phase response plan, and proposed monitoring mechanism; sixth, electrical equipment for the successful implementation of ERP projects, analyzing the success of the project risk management experience, illustrates the role of ERP project implementation of risk management, truly the perfect combination of theory and practice.
