Enterprise Performance Management is an important component of strategic management, and it is an important way to the strategy evaluation and monitoring. A complete performance management cycle includes three main stages:performance planning, performance process management and performance evaluation.Most enterprises put main energy on the performance evaluation, and performance management is simplified into a mechanical check. Some enterprises dedicate to the performance goals and there is a serious lack of performance process management.At the same time,the knowledge staff is the main force of enterprise technology and management positions, the results of their work directly affects the survival and development of the company. Nowadays, performance management becomes increasingly important today. How to control performance implementation process, timely correcting, improving efficiency, is one of the difficulties in enterprise performance management.This paper adopts the theoretical study and analysis of the current situation of domestic enterprises as the main way, studying control of the performance of knowledge workers. From the aspects of theoretical research, first introduced the classic temperature control system in process control, including four main parts:detector, evaluator, effector, communication and network. Performance process control should include performance information collection, supervision and evaluation, performance feedback and communication mechanism construction four aspects. The knowledge staff is a group of independent, individual, diverse and innovative spirit. It tends to use intrinsic rewards to encourage them and concentrate on communication and guidance. Finally, paper sumarises management concept of happiness, self efficacy, identity in positive psychology and puts forward positive motivation in performance communication.There are four main problems in performance process management of enterprises in our country:firstly, not enough importance to the information gathering process; secondly, lack of process supervision and performance evaluation;thirdly, lack of effective performance communication; forthly, performance communication mechanism has not yet been established. Aiming at the above problems, paper expounds the significance of performance information collection, the consequences of the lack of process evaluation, the key principle of knowledge worker performance communication and the key principle of knowledge worker performance communication. At the end of the article, for each link of performance for process control, according to the above analysis, put forwards various methods for knowledge process management, which can provide practice reference for enterprisee:employee performance card and self rating of work plan in the performance of the information gathering process; performance interview system, supervise the handling system and debriefing system in process supervision and performance evaluation; bowling effect and hamburg rules in performance communication; performance meeting system in performance communication mechanism.
