In the society of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the core element ofproduction. So knowledge management becomes more important, it is necessary fororganizations to sustain competitive advantage. Knowledge workers play anincreasingly important role and become strategic resources in an enterprise. Therefore,this dissertation has done a full and complete empirical study on the relationshipbetween knowledge worker knowledge management and organizational performance.Firstly, this study takes Chinese enterprises as background, based on thethoroughly literature review of research in this field, the model of knowledgeworkers knowledge management based on the customer knowledge activities is putforward. This model contain: knowledge workers knowledge identification、knowledge workers knowledge acquisition, knowledge workers knowledge storage,knowledge workers knowledge sharing, knowledge workers knowledge application,knowledge workers knowledge innovation, knowledge workers knowledge training.Then, the reliability and validity of the scale are verified through empirical research.The scale contains seven dimensions. At the same time, the article modifies thismodel by structural equation. At last, this research further used this model we hadconstructed above to the study of organizational performance.The main contribution of this research is as follows:(1) The research constructs aknowledge workers knowledge management model.(2) The research developed ascale with the good reliability and validity.(3) The research proved Knowledgeworkers knowledge management has significant influence on organizationalperformance by empirical study.
