In recent years, under the support of the State Grid Corporation, power companies have developed a large-scale grid development planning. A new age, with a large grid interconnection, intelligent power grids, a wider range of promote, has come. In this context, Power grid will grow fast, while substation, as an important node in the power grid, will grow exponentially, and gradually meet the needs of the rapid development of Power grid. Thus, how to improve management model of grid operation is imminent.In this paper, the existing management and an optimized mode is studied first. In order to make full use of human resources, shorten recovery time, and enhance the operation and management capacity of the main distribution network, a new management mode, combined scheduling and supervision, has been proposed. A stronger technical support system has been built, too.Research shows that integration model of dispatching and supervisory control can do take full advantage of human resources and effectively reduce Power of work of network operation staffs. Finally management level of grid operation and management is improved. Compared to traditional grid management, integration model can improve economical efficiency.
